Follow this step by step guide to a successful application:

  1. Log on to https://careers.nnpcgroup.com
  2. Select Graduate Trainees or Experienced Hires
    • Graduate Trainees are applicants that
      • are not more than 28 years of age
      • graduated not earlier than 2014
      • have a Bachelors Degree in either of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.
      • must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application
    • Experienced Hires are applicants that fall under either the Senior Officer/ Supervisory cadre or Managerial cadre
      The Senior Officer and Supervisory cadre are for applicants that:
      • are not more than 34 and 37 years of age respectively as at December 31st, 2018.
      • have a Bachelors Degree in one of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.
      • possess minimum of 6 and 9 years’ relevant experience respectively.
      • must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this applicationThe Managerial cadre are for applicants that:
      • are not more than 45 years of age as at December 31st, 2018.
      • have a Bachelors Degree in one of the following categories: First Class, Second Class upper, Second Class lower with Masters Degree OR HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.
      • possess minimum of 18 – 20 years’ relevant experience with, at least 3 – 5 years at managerial/leadership level in an organisation of comparative size.
      • must have completed NYSC or possess NYSC exemption certificate at the time of this application
